So looks like we've got a president with a pretty clear margin of victory. All the Fox Pundit cries about squeaking by with a loss of the popular vote but with a sliver of electoral endorsement can be put to rest. A 3 million vote lead is fairly substantial in terms of presidential elections, and a nearly hundred point electoral lead is pretty much a landslide.

I'd generally prefer a Democrat as POTUS with a strong Republican senate to balance things out, but that would require working together. With Republican Senate leaders making statements about how their only job is to crush and stall anything and everything coming out of the Executive branch, I'm happy to see the majority with the Democrats, even if it's not as large as it needs to be to put that shit to rest. We'll see how it goes.

I sincerely wish with all of my being that people on either side of the abortion subject would stop trying to talk to one another. Gather your troops, sort out your votes, prepare to pitch a fit over the other side winning, but stop talking to each other.

Holy balls.

The page also detailed some of the comments Ms Lachowicz has made while talking about her orc rogue, in particular it highlights her affection for Santiaga's ability to stab things and kill people without suffering a jail sentence.

"These are some very bizarre and offensive comments," said Maine Republican Party spokesman David Sorensen in a statement. "They certainly raise questions about Lachowicz's maturity and her ability to make serious decisions for the people of Senate District 25."

I try to imagine someone actually saying this:

"This candidate's affection for fictional criminal activity in a world of fantasy is deeply offensive! That she would wish to get away with MURDER and brag about her ability to do so WITHOUT JAIL TIME is something the people of this great state cannot abide!"

And I just can't do it without laughing.

FBI 'Communities Against Terror' Flyer

This is probably my all around favorite indicator of Possible Terrorist Activity:

"communicating through a PC game"

But these are pretty awesome, since it's targeted at internet cafes:

"Overly concerned about privacy, attempts to shield the screen from view of others."

"the use of “anonymizers, portals, or other means to shield IP address” [is] a sign that a person could be engaged in or supporting terrorist activity"

Yes, anyone attempting to engage in acts to preserve their privacy at an internet cafe is clearly in need of being watched as a possible terrorist.

I know campaign promises are always full of shit, but I lol'd:

Romney promises smaller government, a balanced budget, and an army so powerful no one will mess with us.

...wait, what? -.-
